Privacy notice
This notice explains how Uurlaat Global collects and uses personal and commercial information submitted through this website.
Last updated: 27 September 2026
Uurlaat Global (Pty) Ltd is responsible for the information collected through this website. Privacy enquiries can be sent to jaco@uurlaatglobal.com.
We collect the contact, company, product and commercial information you choose to provide through buyer briefs, introducer registrations, producer responses, email and WhatsApp conversations. Basic technical records may also be created to operate the website, prevent abuse and understand whether a specifically referenced buyer link was opened or completed.
Information is used to assess sourcing briefs, verify introductions and producer proposals, coordinate commercial conversations, respond to enquiries, maintain business records and protect the integrity of the opportunity process.
Form submissions are reviewed by Uurlaat Global before any commercial information is shared. Relevant details may be shared with a suitable buyer, producer, introducer or service provider only where needed for the stated business purpose, where you have authorised the process, or where disclosure is required by law. Nothing is sent to a buyer automatically when a form is submitted.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect submitted information. Records are retained only for as long as they remain relevant to the enquiry, commercial opportunity, recordkeeping requirement or applicable law, after which they may be deleted or anonymised.
You may ask whether we hold personal information about you and request access, correction or deletion where applicable. You may also object to particular processing or withdraw consent where consent is the basis for that processing. Contact us at jaco@uurlaatglobal.com and provide enough information for us to verify and respond to the request.
Please contact Uurlaat Global first so that we can address the matter. Information about privacy rights and complaints is also available from the Information Regulator South Africa.
